Climbing session in Beaume-les-Dames (Doubs)

Description

I propose you to come and discover climbing on the cliffs of Baume-les-Dames in the Doubs valley.

With routes of all levels, for beginners as well as more experienced climbers, the Sous-Buen cliff will welcome and delight you for a half or full day of climbing. In a family setting on the banks of the Doubs river, almost a hundred routes await you, from a few meters to 35 meters high, with difficulties ranging from grade 3 to grade 8.

This cliff with its beautiful limestone rock is suitable for individuals and families wishing to discover or perfect sport climbing. The style of the routes varies from slab, vertical or slightly overhanging, with holds such as holes and cracks. This allows everyone to enjoy themselves and discover many aspects of climbing, of movement, of hand and foot placement techniques, etc.

If you're in the mood for other vertical adventures, you can follow me on the Doubs' beautiful via ferrata: "échelles de la mort" in Charquemont, Baumes du Verneau in the Lison valley and Roche du Mont above Ornans. And to cool off on hot summer days, why not try canyoning in the Malvaux gorges?

Program

• Meeting point at the Sous-Buen parking lot in Baume-les-Dames, 40 minutes drive from Besançon and one hour from Mulhouse.
• Distribution of safety equipment (harness, helmet, belay device, etc.).
• 5 minutes approach walking.
• Equipment and briefing of 10 to 15 minutes depending on the level of practice.
• 2 hoursand a half of climbing.
• 5 minutes walk back to the parking lot.

The price includes

• Supervision by the climbing instructor.
