Infos & BookingDescription
I'd like to offer you an advanced climbing stay in the Haut Val Durance, in the heart of the Hautes-Alpes department. This week is an opportunity to climb and exchange ideas together, under the watchful eye of a professional (mountain guide or climbing instructor) who will guide you towards your goals.
We'll get to know your strengths and weaknesses, technical, physical and psychological, as well as your desires and goals in climbing. We'll spend time working on your weaknesses, and help you put in place long-term techniques and strategies to progress.
You'll climb on sight, but also on routes after work, which is the best way to progress and have fun. You'll work on different rock types and profiles, such as pudding, limestone or granite, to vary your sensations and improve your movement.
Throughout the course, we'll advise you on how to read the rock and choose your objectives... And you'll benefit from an individualized approach, while enjoying group emulation in a fun and relaxed atmosphere!
In short: enjoyment above all, and good beer is a must!
If the level of this course is too high for you, you can opt for an initiation and autonomy climbing course in the Hautes-Alpes. Alternatively, you can broaden your horizons and opt for an initiation course in multi pitch route climbing, also in the Hautes-Alpes, go climbing together a multi pitch route in Ailefroide or take a trad climbing course in Annot.
