Infos & BookingDescription
The Manaslu circuit trekking takes you around the world's 8th-highest peak, Mt. Manaslu (8163m). Located in a region opened to foreigners in 1991 only, much of the trek lies in the Manaslu Conservation Area (MCAP). Today, many people consider this trek as an alternative to the famous Annapurna circuit trekking.
This 15-day Manaslu tour is one of Nepal's best high altitude treks, offering an amazing experience of contrasted landscapes and cultures. This trekking takes you from the low valleys to high-altitude areas bordering Tibet. You will walk through the ancient salt trading route following the Budigandaki River for about a week. Then, after Larke Bazar, the trail heads west towards the Larke Pass (5160m) and finally ends in Tilje
During the trek, you will be fascinated by the stunning mountain panoramas with every day, new views of mountain ranges like Shringi Himal, Ganesh Himal, Manaslu, Annapurna, Cheo, Himlung, etc. You will also have the opportunity to see wild animals like Himalayan Langur, Himalayan Marmot, Blue Sheep, etc. You will have frequent encounters on the trail with the caravan of yaks and mules.
The Manaslu tour offers a close-up experience of the rich cultures and traditions of ethnic communities like the Gurung and Nubri. You will pass by beautiful lively villages, Buddhist monasteries, chortens, mani walls, lush forests, rivers, gorges, suspension bridges, etc. The region boasts plenty of ancient Buddhist monasteries where millennium-old teachings still prevail.
This Manaslu circuit trekking Iasts 15 days. However, it can be customized as per your budget, time frame, fitness level, etc. Just let me know and I will do my best to prepare the best one for you.
