Description

Halfway between hiking and climbing, I invite you to explore the Gresse-en-Vercors via corda, in a wild and magnificent setting.

This via corda is the perfect place to breathe fresh air and discover a fun, easy and sensational vertical climbing activity.

After an approach walk of around 3/4 hour, you will arrive at the foot of the cliff to begin the via corda. The route offers easy climbing, aerial walking, a few via ferrata sections with bars, a monkey bridge, a ladder and even a 25-meter abseil (avoidable, however, by taking a descending ledge). You will reach the summit of Le Palais at 1558 meters above sea level and enjoy an exceptional 180° panorama over the Trièves, the eastern barrier of the Vercors and the emblematic Mont Aiguille.

In short, you'll get a great view in a fabulous setting!

Program

Morning or afternoon departure.
Approach walking: approx. 45 minutes.
Via corda route: approx. 1.5 hour.
You can take a break and have snack on the heights in a sublime panorama.
