Overnight on the cliff in Vercors or Chartreuse

Description

Have you always dreamed of spending a night like the "big wall" climbers? Or maybe you would like to experience the heights for a whole night?

I would like to take you to some incredible walls, over 250 meters above the ground, for a really unusual evening and night.

The idea: I will take you to the edge of one of the 4 cliffs I propose (different heights from 30 to 300 meters, in the Vercors or Chartreuse massif), install the portaledge (suspended bed), teach you how to climb down safely, and then you can spend an unforgettable moment. Your mom might not like it!

So, are you up for the challenge?

This activity can also be combined with the climb of a multi pitch route in the Vercors or the Choranche via corda in the southern Vercors. And if this vertical adventure appeals to you, why not discover climbing around Grenoble?

Program

• Meet at the parking lot at the chosen place, depending ob the cliff height.
• Equipment preparation.
• Between 10 and 40 minutes' approach walking (depending on location).
• Installation of portaledges and descent down the face.
• Meal and night under the stars (non-contractual).
• Wake up in the morning, uninstall equipment and return walking.

The price includes

• Supervision by the climbing instructor.
• Loan of safety equipment adapted to the activity: harness, helmet, lanyard, portaledge, rope, etc.
• Photo gallery.

The price does not include

• Transport to and from the meeting place, one hour drive from Grenoble maximum.
• Shoes suitable for the outing.
• Personal equipment for the bivouac (sleeping bag, ground sheet, warm clothing, etc.).
• Dinner and breakfast.
• Drinks.
• Individual insurance for high-risk sports (daily subscription available here).
• Anything not mentioned in "The price includes".
