Cliff climbing around Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val

Description

I would like to introduce you to rock climbing near Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val in Tarn-et-Garonne.

This outing is an opportunity to experience the pleasure our bodies (and minds!) get from climbing, and also to test our vertigo ;-).
This activity is ideal for families and groups of friends, as the easy routes are interspersed with more challenging and higher ones. These sessions are also suitable for indoor climbers (route levels range from 3 to 6b) and individuals wishing to join a group.

Young children and beginners impressed by heights can, after the preparatory workshops, climb 2 or 3 meters and decide to come back down, then retry a climb a little higher, at their own pace and always with the pleasure of discovery. More experienced climbers can choose more difficult routes and/or benefit from advanced training.

The cliff will be chosen from among the ten spread between Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val and Penne, according to the weather (in the shade in summer, in the sun in winter) and the level and age of the participants. The maximum distance from Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val is 15 minutes.

Half-day climbing lasts about 3 hours (+/- depending on the number of participants).
Minimum age for participation is 4/5 years.

Equipment to bring: light sneackers with good footing, loose-fitting clothes suited to the weather. You can also bring a small backpack with water. All equipment specific to the activity is provided.
The equipment and techniques used comply with current standards and enable safe practice. I also provide climbing shoes.

If you like, you can round off your day with a visit to the fun Roc d'Anglars via ferrata. And for other vertical adventures, I also offer an introduction to rock climbing in Bor-et-Bar or, in the same area, the Roc de Gorb via ferrata.

Program

• Meet at the parking lot of the chosen cliff near Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, about one hour's drive north of Albi and 45 minutes from Montauban.
• Depending on the group, I adapt the program to suit the level and interests of each individual.
• The beginning of the session is always devoted to learning or reviewing basic safety techniques (for yourself and your partner(s)).
• The precise program, date and times of the sessions can be decided together, either for groups of 4 or more, or for one-to-one tuition.
• The session can be extended by an hour to make the most of the moment, or end with a zip-line or abseil.

The price includes

• Supervision by the climbing instructor.
• Loan of safety equipment adapted to the activity: harness, helmet, rope, quickdraws, belay device, etc.
• Individual insurance.

The price does not include

• Transport to and from the cliff's parking lot.
• Snacks.
• Drinks.
• Anything not mentioned in "Price includes".
