Description
Do you practice indoor bouldering and want to become autonomous in roped climbing?
If you would like to learn the right moves to start climbing, make progress, or simply brush up on the latest safety practices, this session is for you. It will enable you to climb roped up independently.
The session takes place in one of Toulouse's Altissimo climbing gyms (Saint-Martin, Portet or Montaudran).
Lead climbing or top-roping, belaying your climbing partner, managing your climbing equipment (ropes, carabiners, harnesses, etc.): I will be able to give you the right advice to be autonomous and make good progress without hurting yourself!
And if you want to take your climbing even further, why not opt for a coaching cycle?
You can also follow me on great vertical adventures such as:
- an unforgettable evening and night on a cliff in the Pyrenees or Occitanie,
- the climb of a multi pitch route in the Pyrenees,
- the via ferrata of Malamort above the Sor gorges
- or the Mazamet via ferrata in the Tarn.
Program
- Meet at one of Toulouse's Altissimo climbing gyms.
- The course lasts 1 hour and a half.
- Shorter or longer sessions are also possible, depending on your needs, wishes and possibilities.

The price includes
- Supervision by the climbing instructor.
- Loan of safety equipment (harness, rope, etc.).
- The price per person decreases according to the number of participants: from 23€ for 4 participants to 68€ for a private lesson.
The price does not include
- Admission to the climbing gym.
- Loan of climbing shoes.
- Anything not mentioned in "The price includes".
