Freeride skiing in Alpe d'Huez or La Grave

Do you dream of leaving the marked ski slopes behind to ski among the pine trees, descend steep couloirs, or discover great off-piste downhill routes?

This day of off-piste and freeride skiing will give you the opportunity to improve your skills while enjoying yourself in all types of snow. In addition to introducing you to unknown routes, I will give you tips on how to improve your downhill technique, so that you tire less quickly and can better handle all types of snow, etc.

The ski areas of Vaujany in Isère (linked to the Alpe d'Huez resort) and La Grave in the Hautes-Alpes department offer you all this and more! So don't wait any longer to come and discover them and enjoy magnificent views of the entire Alpine massif, from Mont Viso in the south to Mont Blanc in the north.

If these descents far from the ski lifts make you want to improve your skiing skills, I also offer ski training courses around Grenoble throughout the winter to help you move towards ski touring and freeriding, as well as introductory and advanced ski touring outings in Isère.

Program

To be defined together:

• Outing possible by the day, on a weekend, or even as a course of several days throughout the season.
• Possibility to integrate snow science training and research of avalanche's victims.

• If necessary, I will provide advice on choosing equipment and technical skiing skills (all snow conditions, moguls, steep slopes, etc.).
