I would like to invite you to Italy to enjoy the mildness of autumn in Piedmont, when the mountains put on their most beautiful colors.

During these two days, you will hike amidst the autumnal scenery and the silence of the mountains, far from the noise of the valleys: a pleasure to be shared...

Program

D1: Cortavetto - Val Gravio hut - Aciano pass - Toesca hut.
Meet in Cortevatto, then start the hike.
You walk through the forest to the Val Gravio refuge where you have lunch. In the afternoon you climb to the Aciano pass, along a rather steep path, especially at the end.
Positive altitude difference: 750 meters, negative altitude difference: 290 meters, hiking time: 6 hours.

D2: Toesca hut - Sabbione pass - Malanotte pass - Punta Pian Paris - Porta del Villano - Acioneo pass - Amprimo hut - Cortavetto.
About one hour and a half of morning ascent to reach the Col del Sabbione and then Punta Pian Paris and Porta del Villano by an off-trail route. Then comes the climb to the Aciano pass via a different route from the one of the day before, to end up at the Amprimo refuge and then to the parking lot. It is a real mountain day, with different levels and sublime landscapes.
D+: 1030 meters , D-:1480 meters, hiking time: 6.5 hours.
